Shipping Information

We ship around the world to over 100 countries within 1-5 days. Our shipping partner DHL handle all UK and International deliveries and all shipments are fully insured, so you can be sure your basin's are in the greatest of care.

UK Mainland Deliveries

DHL offer next day delivery. Customers will receive email notification from DHL on collection of goods from formed concrete basins to track their delivery.

Any goods in excess of 70kg will incur additional surcharges. For large orders including multiple large items additional surcharges may be incurred.

International Deliveries

All international orders are shipped according to Incoterms 2023 standards. Unless otherwise arranged goods typically travel by the DAP (delivered at place) term.

Shipping is typically 3-5 days.

International shipments under the DAP term do not include customs or clearance fees, duties and taxes. DHL will contact you to take payment for these charges when the shipment lands in your country.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the delivery lead-time will be confirmed when placing your order.

Duties, taxes and fees information

Formed concrete basins can estimate these charges through our delivery partner DHL at the time of your order. 

However, as customs policies and import duties and charges vary greatly between countries, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges to avoid any unexpected costs. 

It is the customers responsibility as the importer to check the correct rate of tax / vat and duty is paid upon import. 

Damages & Shortages 

Any visible shipping damage or shortage present upon delivery must be noted by purchaser or its agent at the time of delivery. 

All claims for damage or shortage must be reported to our Customer Services department by email to customerservices@formedconcretebasins.com within 12 hours of delivery. After this, Formed Concrete Basins cannot assume any responsibility for shipping damage or shortage.

Formed Concrete Basins are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, postponed or incorrect.

Returns 

We are committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your experience with Formed Concrete Basins. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase for any reason please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@formedconcretebasins.com.

The basin(s) are made to order and cannot be returned / refunded unless damaged in shipping.

If you purchased your product via one of our stockists please contact them directly regarding returns as they will have their own returns policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
